MEETINGS OF CREDITORS AND CONTRIBUTORIES

53. Copies of resolution to be filed.-

The Company Liquidator shall file in the Tribunal a copy certified by him of every resolution passed at a meeting of the creditors or contributories and the Registry shall keep in each case a file of such resolution.
