175. Chairman of meeting

Where a meeting is summoned by the LLP liquidator or the liquidator, the LLP liquidator or the liquidator or some person nominated by him, shall be the Chairman of the meeting. The nomination shall be in Form No. 58. At every other meeting of creditors or partners, not being Tribunal meetings of creditors and partners, the Chairman shall be such person as the meeting by resolution shall appoint and this procedure shall not apply to meetings of partners under rule 5 and of creditors under rule 8.
